Assets Monitoring System Integration

ACREL IoT EMS - Real-Time Energy & Asset Monitoring

ACREL's IoT Energy Management System gives a single dashboard view of power monitoring, prepaid metering, energy quality, and alarm management across a site. I integrate ACREL gateways and meters into client infrastructure so that power consumption, faults, and asset health can be tracked in real time instead of discovered after a failure.

From Sensors to a Single Monitoring Ecosystem

Asset monitoring integration means connecting metering hardware, gateways, and sensors to a platform that operations teams can actually act on. On the energy side, I deploy IoT meters, multi-loop meters, EV charging piles, and current-limiting protectors that feed ACREL's IoT EMS, covering the full loop from power supply and prepaid billing through to energy analysis and device management. For smart farming and building sites, I use OpenRemote to bring rules, maps, and mobile dashboards together over the same sensor data, and OpenHAB/Souliss where the priority is local, vendor-independent home and building automation.

  • Integration of ACREL IoT meters and gateways for real-time power, energy quality, and alarm monitoring.
  • OpenRemote deployments combining sensor data, mapping, and automation rules for smart farming sites.
  • OpenHAB and Souliss integration for smart home/building automation without vendor lock-in.
  • Grafana-based system dashboards for uptime, alarms, and performance across the monitored fleet.

Beyond the individual platforms, the goal is a single monitoring ecosystem: data from meters, gateways, and sensors ends up in dashboards (ACREL's own portal, or Grafana for cross-system health) that surface alarms before they become outages, and that give asset owners a clear, ongoing view of consumption, quality, and equipment condition.
